Comcast Interactive Media group (CIM) planned to launch a new site to help people discover, get information about and enjoy premium video content. The site was meant to expand Comcast’s presence beyond that of the traditional cable business which has long been the core of its business. The new market would include new competition, by offering in depth video and video information online, as well as new customer bases outside cable subscribers. This broad customer base and new competition would require an innovative site with wide appeal. Comcast come to Method to develop the user experience, visual design, and front end production for the new site.
